A coating fluid for film formation which is excellent in storage stability and can give a film exhibiting a high water contact angle and excellent dust wipe-off properties; films formed from the fluid; processes for production of both; and antireflection coatings made by using the fluid. A coating fluid for film formation which comprises (A) a polysiloxane having fluorinated organic groups as side chains and (B) a phosphoric ester having hydroxyl attached to the phosphorus atom; films formed from the fluid; and processes for production of both. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
