ACTIVE CURRENT BIAS TYPE CURRENT MIRROR CIRCUIT USING FLYBACK CONVERTER

An active current bias type current mirror using a flyback converter is provided to generate a reference current with a high ratio of a voltage to a current by using a switching unit through a PWM control circuit. An emitter of a master transistor(Q1) and a slave transistor(Q2,Q3) is connected to a power source. A collector of the slave transistor is connected to a load. A primary winding of the flyback transformer is connected to the collector of the master transistor, a switching unit controlled by a PWM controller, and a detection resistor. A secondary winding of the flyback transformer is connected to the emitter of the master transistor and the slave transistor through a diode.
