摘要
一种包含“高起点”设计的弹簧赋能式钉书机,其中撞针的初始静止位置是在U形钉轨道上方。按压把手可赋能于发条同时撞针仍保持不动。在把手的预定位置处,释放撞针以射出U形钉。骨架与发条的次总成件可提供预载给处于静止位置的发条。该次总成件的移动可与把手分开使得把手压制端的移动距离比骨架前端的行进距离远。杠杆连结撞针与发条以提供作用于发条的杠杆作用。杠杆与骨架/弹簧次总成件都嵌入紧凑的总成件。安全锁包含可制止撞针运动的两步动作,以及在撞针底部装设一凹口。
