The Oenanthe javanica dry powder is provided to enable to easily intake the profitable components of the Oenanthe javanica. The food containing the Oenanthe javanica dry powder is also provided to improve the taste while effectively providing the active ingredients of the Oenanthe javanica. The manufacturing method of the Oenanthe javanica dry powder comprises the steps of: adding sugar into Oenanthe javanica and mixing them; maturing the mixed Oenanthe javanica; drying the matured natural fermentation Oenanthe javanica; and pulverizing the dried Oenanthe javanica. The Oenanthe javanica and sugar are mixed in a weight ratio of 1~5:1~5.
