This invention provides a method for manufacturing a screen printing mask with a resin, comprising a screen printing mask having an opening part and a resin layer provided on one main surface of the screen printing mask and having an opening part at a position substantially identical to the position of the above opening part. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of covering a resin layer by lamination on one main surface of the screen printing mask and removing the resin layer in its part located at a position substantially identical to the position of the opening part of the screen printing mask in a self-alignment manner to form an opening part in the resin layer. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
