<p>A transmission is provided to simplify the movement of the shift member without widening the gap between the pair of pole parts which are arranged on the shift lag. A transmission comprises a plurality of shift members, the shift lag(40), and the change speed fork. The shift member is integrated and mobile to the shift direction and the select direction. The shift lag has a pair of pole part(41) which are arranged with an interval toward the shift direction. The shift lags are arranged to the select direction. The shift fork is connected through the shift lag and the shift rail. The change speed fork performs the shift operation of shiftgear. The shift lag is selectively moved to the shift direction by moving the shift member and pressing the pole part to the shift direction. The shift fork is shifted through the shift rail.</p> |
