A toothbrush is provided, in which the inner surface of the tooth is easily washed by equipping with a handle part with an angle. A toothbrush in which the special angle is formed comprises: a head unit(11) equipped with a plurality of brushes; a neck part(12) extended from the head unit; and a handle part(13) extended from the neck part. The extension direction of the brush of toothbrush is parallel with the extension axis direction(111) of the neck part. The extension axis direction(L1) of the neck part and extension axis direction(L2) of the handle part form an angle. An angle is formed between the extension axis direction(L3) of the head unit and extension axis direction of the neck part.
