STEAM REDUCING SYSTEM IN CORRUGATED CARDBOARD MANUFACTURING PROCESS

A system for reducing the amount of steam used in a process of manufacturing a corrugated cardboard is provided to control the pressure of steam, supplied to each part of a corrugator and re-use the collected residue steam. A steam reducing system in a corrugated cardboard manufacturing process comprises the followings: a single facer(10) including a liner pre-heater(11), a forming roll and a corrugating medium pre-conditioner(16); a harm water supply tank and a boiler(70) for supplying the steam to a corrugator for manufacturing the corrugated cardboard; a condensate tank(90) for condensate recovery; the first steam supply pipe(100) for supplying the steam to a weight roll(29); and the second steam supply pipe(200) for supplying the high-temperature steam generated from the boiler to the pre-heater and pre-conditioner(16) of the single facer.
