摘要 Metallic binding layer production involves using two alloys, which are based on aluminum, copper, zinc, nickel or manganese as matrix element. Both the alloys have a metallic element, which is formed by silicon, zinc or magnesium. The metallic element is unlike the matrix element and the amount of the metallic element in the former alloy is 0.05-2.0 wt.%, which is higher than the latter alloy. An alloy that has 0.02-1.5 wt.% of the elements, is used as the latter alloy. One of the alloy has 5.0-45 wt.% of a softener selected from tin, lead, bismuth and indium. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing the slide bearing unit, which involves producing the binding layer, arranging a bearing metal layer on a supporting layer of the binding layer and on the binding layer, where the supporting layer is roll-bonded with the binding layer.
