PURPOSE: A method for constructing an object-oriented meta data repository corresponding to enterprise data systems is provided to construct a meta data repository by defining relation and kind of meta data to be extracted from in-house data systems. CONSTITUTION: A meta data repository stores meta data of an in-house data system and relation information among systems. A meta data repository interface function is called through a web server for accessing to the meta data repository in a user interface. A meta data operation interface creates, deletes, and modifies defined meta data information. A system relation information operation interface analyzes the relation information among systems, and creates, deletes, and modifies a relation by referring to meta data. In addition, relation information between meta data of company data systems to be stored in the meta data repository and the systems is embodied. The meta data repository is constructed for utilizing base data of a company data construction and analysis system through an objected-oriented meta data repository modeling.
