A cleaner of an eraser for a water board chalk pen is provided to store dirty water produced by cleaning the eraser in the upper side in a cleaning water-receiving tank in the lower side through a drainage. A cleaner of an eraser(2) for a water board chalk pen comprises: a rectangular body(1) formed in two stages including an upper stage in which an eraser housing space(3) and chalk pen inserting grooves(4) are formed and a lower stage in which a cleaning water receiving tank(5) is accommodated; a water drainage(6) formed in one side of the body to pass through the upper and lower stages of the body; a front panel(7) which is formed on the inlet of the water drainage in a way that the front panel is higher than a partition(8); and a hand holding groove(15) formed on the inlet of the cleaning water receiving tank(5) that is accommodated in the body.
