An OFDM signal receiving apparatus includes a channel estimation unit(100), an I/Q parameter calculation unit(110), a channel response compensation unit(120), and a data symbol compensation unit. The channel estimation unit estimates the channel response in a frequency domain based on the received training symbol. The I / Q parameter calculation unit calculates the I/Q parameter of the channel response in the frequency domain in consideration of the time synchronization error of the channel response. The channel response compensation unit compensates for the channel response in the frequency domain by using I/Q parameter. The data symbol compensation unit compensates for the received data symbol in the frequency domain by using the calculated I/Q parameter.
