A device for pulling a welded plug placed in a heat pipe of a steam generator is provided to combine the plug with a threaded pulling tip so as to easily pull the plug from the heat pipe by using an actuator. A device for pulling a plug welded to a heat pipe of a steam generator includes a frame(27) having a Dobo tail to be mounted on a menu plate, a plug combining unit having a pulling rod(15) with a pulling tip(14) combined with the plug and a driving motor(19) for rotating and driving the pulling rod, and an actuator(26) for moving the plug combining unit downward when the pulling tip is combined with the plug to pull the plug from the heat pipe.
