The drain (2) has an external fixator (4) for avoiding deployment of a flexible spiral tab (1), whose spirals maintain the drain in aspiring position, such that the drain is correctly retained. Number and diameter of loops of a corrugated strip vary with respect to size and diameter of the drain. The spiral tab is fixed at 1 centimeter from perforations of the drain, and is flexible than the drain. A lubricated zone permits sliding of the spiral tab with respect to the drain.
