A multipurpose carving machine with fine-cutting unit is provided to selectively perform a sculpture work and a cutting work with a single device and thus enhance the efficiency of work. A multipurpose carving machine with fine-cutting unit comprises a base plate(400) on which a workpiece is placed; a back and forth moving block mounted on the top of the base plate, moving back and forth along the base; a left and right moving block, connected to the back and forth moving block, moving left and right; an elevating block, connected to the left and right moving block, moving up and down; and a cutting machine unit(200) performing precision cutting, elevating separated from a first cutting unit, connected to a support plate fixed to the elevating block through the elevating unit.
