PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of producing a molded article having excellent rigidity and very good balance of physical properties such as gloss, strength and hardness. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) a polyolefin resin, (B) an acrylonitrile-styrene random copolymer and (C) a hydrocarbon resin, wherein when a total amount of the polyolefin resin (A) and the acrylonitrile-styrene random copolymer (B) is defined to be 100 mass%, a content of the polyolefin resin (A) is 95-5 mass% and a content of the acrylonitrile-styrene random copolymer (B) is 5-95 mass%, and a content of the hydrocarbon resin (C) to 100 parts by mass, in total, of the polyolefin resin (A) and the acrylonitrile-styrene random copolymer (B) is set to be 0.5-30 parts by mass.
