In the temporary stocking of coating liquid followed by feeding thereof to a pump, it is intended to prevent the occurrence of bubbling, solidification and coating liquid gelling. Coating liquid temporary stocking tank (41) for temporarily stocking a coating liquid and feeding the same under pressure to a coating unit includes cylindrical parts (41a,41b) having different inner diameters and integrally formed in the vertical direction; coating liquid discharge orifice (412a) disposed at the center of lowermost portion in a downward direction; and coating liquid inflow orifice (411a) disposed at a side face lowermost-portion of the upside cylindrical part (41a). ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
