<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater nozzle for heating a liquid paper container for avoiding generation of pinholes by overheating and poor sealing by shortage of heating when the liquid paper container is sealed. <P>SOLUTION: In the heater nozzle for heating the liquid paper container provided with a plurality of stages of hot air blow out holes (4a) on the whole periphery of the heater nozzle (4) for melting a thermoplastic resin layer by blowing off hot air to a sealing part of the liquid paper container made by making the thermoplastic resin layer overlie a paper substrate layer, the heater nozzle for heating the liquid paper container is characterized in that the lowermost stage part (6) arranged by facing the liquid contact parts of the inner faces of the top part and the bottom part of the liquid paper container of the heater nozzle (4) is equipped with a number of hot air blow out holes (4b) over the whole periphery, and is connected with an open air taking-in pipe part (5) which penetrates through a heater chamber part (3) and the inside of the heater nozzle (4) and is separately formed by a partition wall (7). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
