<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SOFC allowing inlets of a fuel gas and a combustion-supporting gas to be formed with a simple structure, and allowing the inlet of the fuel gas to be separated from the inlet of the combustion-supporting gas. <P>SOLUTION: Power generation cells 40 each formed by sandwiching a solid electrolyte 41 between an air electrode 43 and a fuel electrode 45, an inter-connector 50 formed by stacking first flat plates 51 and 59, second flat plates 53 and 57 and a shield flat plate 55, and external connectors 30 each formed by stacking a first flat plate 34, a second flat plate 33, a shield flat plate 32 and a terminal plate 31 for extracting power to the outside are stacked and baked. Through-holes each used as a gas passage are formed on the first flat plates 51 and 59 and the second flat plates 53 and 57. The through-holes at both ends of the second flat plates 33, 53 and 57 introduce the fuel gas and air therefrom as fuel gas supply ports 20 and air inlets 24, and the fuel gas and air are discharged by using the through-holes on side surfaces of the second flat plates 33, 53 and 57 as fuel gas outlets 22 and air outlets 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
