<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated aluminum alloy plate which is excellent in adhesion and corrosion resistance even when severe processing such as drawing and molding are performed after forming a coating film on a surface treating layer with a coating material or after coating the surface treating layer with an organic resin without using chromium and further to provide a molding using the resin-coated aluminum alloy plate. <P>SOLUTION: A surface of an aluminum substrate having a surface treating film at least on one side is covered with an organic resin film layer to form the resin-coated aluminum alloy plate. The resin-coated aluminum alloy plate is characterized by that the surface treating film contains zirconium of 2 mg/m<SP>2</SP>to 100 mg/m<SP>2</SP>expressed in terms of metal atom and at least one among poly(itaconic acid), monosaccharide alcohol and disaccharide alcohol as an aluminum ion scavenger.
