The device has a rod (21) connected to a brake servo unit (30) by one of its ends. A rolling device i.e. tripod joint ball (23), is placed at another end of the rod. A guiding device i.e. guide (27), limits the movements of the rod to translational longitudinal movements. The tripod joint ball rolls along a pedal when the pedal supports on the latter end of the rod. The rod slides longitudinally in the guide for exerting a pressure on the brake unit with its former end. An independent claim is also included for a device for connecting between a lever bar and an end of an oblong part.
