<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately estimate air conditioning load of a building with respect to an air conditioning load estimation system and its method and program for easily and accurately estimating the air conditioning load of another building on the basis of air conditioning load data of an existing building. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioning load estimation system 1 for estimating the air conditioning load of another building similar to the existing building on the basis of past record of energy usage in a certain existing building, comprises an input portion 10 receiving the input on conditions of property of a certain building as an object of estimation for air conditioning (hereinafter called "subject building"), an existing building database 30 storing the conditions of property on each existing building and the data relating to the hourly air conditioning load of one year in relation to each other, a building searching portion 20 for searching the existing building (hereinafter called "similar building") having the conditions of property similar to the conditions of property of the subject building in reference to the existing building database 30, a comparison coefficient calculating portion 40 for calculating a coefficient for comparing scales of the similar building and the subject building, and a new air conditioning curve estimating portion 50 for estimating the hourly air conditioning load of one year of the subject building. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
