PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out energy of the same degree or more of energy of a conventional internal combustion engine without causing a problem resulting from fuel resources. SOLUTION: A recirculating internal pressure engine is composed of a carbon dioxide gas engine 1 for driving an actuator by force through the cubical expansion of carbon dioxide gas 35a supplied in a high pressure state, a tank for recovering the carbon dioxide gas 35b discharged from the carbon dioxide gas engine 1, a pump for sucking the discharged carbon dioxide gas 35b recovered in the tank, a cooling system 57 for cooling the discharged carbon dioxide gas 35b fed by the pump, a carbon dioxide gas compressor 59 for compressing by high pressure the cooled discharged carbon dioxide gas 35b fed by the cooling system, and a circulating tank 73 for storing the carbon dioxide gas fed from the compressor 59.
