PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise emitted by blower operation while thermally protecting a transformer, a power conversion system and/or a driving motor by using the transformer blower, power conversion system blower and/or motor blower. SOLUTION: The main circuit cooling system reduces noise emitted by a blower operation while thermally protecting the transformer 11 consisting of the main circuit, the power conversion system 12, and the driving motor 12, by controlling ON/OFF operation of the transformer blower 41, the power conversion system blower 51 and the motor blower 61 so that they are operated only when cooling is needed, and they are stopped when cooling is not needed.
