<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incision tool capable of expanding wire exposed portions into intended shape and favorably incising a strictured section. <P>SOLUTION: This incision tool is provided with: a flexible sheath 3; a plurality of wires 5 that are inserted through an internal space of the sheath 3, and that have exposed portions 10, as a result of portions thereof being inserted through both first wire insertion through-holes 4a that are provided at a distal end portion of the flexible sheath and second wire through-holes 4b, are exposed on the outside of the flexible sheath 3, and that receive high-frequency current; and an operating section that adjusts the length of the exposed portions of the wires which are exposed on the outside of the flexible sheath by moving forwards or backwards relatively to the flexible sheath in the longitudinal direction of the wires. The distal ends of the plurality of wires are provided with bending portions 13 that bend the wires from the direction of the wires entering into the internal space of the flexible sheath via the second wire through-holes, to the axial direction of the flexible sheath. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
