<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, system and method for estimating the repair or maintenance costs of a vehicle for intelligibly indicating to a user the quantity of generation of CO<SB>2</SB>which can be reduced by using used parts, consequently promoting the circulation of used parts, and achieving environment preservation in the estimation of the maintenance/repair costs of the vehicle accompanied with the replacement of parts. <P>SOLUTION: The device, system, and method for estimating the repair or maintenance costs of the vehicle are provided to create the estimate sheet of the repair or maintenance costs of a vehicle, and to output the information on the quantity of generation of CO<SB>2</SB>which can be reduced by using the used parts, the repair or maintenance costs of the vehicle in using new parts and the repair or maintenance costs of the vehicle in using used parts. It is desired that a computer at an insurance company side acquires the data of an estimate sheet by cooperating with the computer at the insurance company side.
