PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic that restores or controls a structural change in the inside of the hair occurring in a chemical treatment, drying with a dryer or a daily hair care action and provides the hair with excellent softness and flexible touch from wetting to drying. SOLUTION: Th hair cosmetic includes: (A) an amidoamine compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 11-23C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>is H or a 1-4C alkyl group; and m is a number of 2-4) or its salt; (B) a branched-chain fatty acid represented by formula (2) (wherein R<SP>3</SP>is a methyl group or an ethyl group; and p is 3-36) or its salt; and (C) silicones and water.
