PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball putout device that makes no pachinko balls left inside the putout device and can be efficiently structured when balls are extracted. SOLUTION: The pachinko ball putout device has a ball extraction port 26 that can discharge a pachinko ball to the bottom face of the supply pathway 18a or18b or to a side of the discharge pathway 21a or 21b. A main body base 14 has a movable plate 27 that is axially and freely rotatably attached on the top end to open or close the ball extraction port 26 and a lever member 32 that restricts and releases the movable plate 27 at and from the position where the ball extraction port 26 closes. The outside of the movable plate 27 has an engaging lever 29 that biases a heavy bob to always make the ball extraction port 26 close and that engages with a lever member 32 to restrict the movable plate 27 at the closed position. The movable plate 27 is normally biased but restricted at the position where the lever member 32 engages with the engaging lever 29 and closes the ball extraction port 26 so that the movable plate 27 is rotated by the weight of the pachinko ball on the movable plate 27 by releasing these engagements to open the ball extraction port 26.
