<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a manager remotely and centrally monitor updated information on data stored in an image processing device for performing communications with external apparatuses connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: Information on the addition and modification of data which is stored in the device and dynamically changes is stored in a syndication DB 1705 through an application management interface 1703, when the data is targeted to be monitored. An updated information generation unit 1707 reconstructs and stores entries of the syndication DB periodically or in response to a request as an RSS feed or as XML data compatible with an RSS field standard following a template 2300.
