PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily set the gain V<SB>GAIN</SB>of an amplifier, and also to raise efficiency in the amplifier. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device 10 controls an amplifying device 30 which amplifies an input signal and generates an output signal, based on a prescribed bias voltage, and includes: a current distributing part 102 for distributing a current supplied from a current source in response to a distribution ratio, and generating a first distribution current and a second distribution current; a first current synthesizing part 104 for synthesizing the first distribution current generated by the current distributing part 102 with the input signal so as to generate a first synthetic current; and a second current synthesizing part 106 for synthesizing the second distribution current generated by the current distributing part with the first synthetic current generated by the first current synthesizing part, so as to generate a second synthetic current in response to a synthetic ratio and to output the second synthetic current to the amplifying device.
