PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide user-friendly dozing prevention spectacles for precisely determining a dozing state. SOLUTION: This dozing prevention spectacles 1 is provided with spectacles 2, an acceleration sensor 3 attached to the spectacles 2 and for detecting an acceleration of the spectacles 2, a dozing state determination means 4 for determining the dozing state of a spectacle user, based on a detection result by the acceleration sensor 3, and an alarming means 5 for issuing an alarm when the dozing state is determined by the dozing state determination means 4.
