PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an aqueous dispersion of an organic-inorganic hybrid resin with which a cured-coated film having excellent exposure stain resistance and corrosion resistance can be formed; a curable resin composition; a coating material, and a coated material. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of an organic-inorganic hybrid resin is obtained by modifying a polymer (A) having an acid group and/or a neutralized acid group with a titanosiloxane compound (B) containing an alkoxy group bonded to titanium atom and/or an alkoxy group bonded to silicon atom, then dispersing a titanosiloxane-modified polymer (AB) containing neutralized acid, obtained by neutralizing the acid group or without neutralization, into an aqueous medium, and subjecting the alkoxy group bonded to titanium atom and/or the alkoxy group bonded to silicon atom to hydrolysis-condensation. The curable resin composition contains the aqueous dispersion and a curing agent (C).
