PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a battery contact in which cost down can be achieved without needing a screw when mounting the battery contact on a battery door, and rattling of the battery contact against the battery door can be suppressed to be minimum. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the battery contact equipped with a lock mechanism which is arranged in the battery door 1 to cover a battery case of mobile equipment, which has contacts 4, 5 to contact a positive side and a negative side of a battery in the battery case, which is slid and mounted on the battery door 1, and which locks the battery door 1 when closing the battery door 1 in the battery case, the battery contact 2 is formed to be nearly tabular, and slid against the battery door 1 in a direction orthogonal to a sliding direction of the time of open and close of the battery door 1, and a protruding piece 7 to be light press-in state between right and left concave parts 6, 6 for press fitting formed at the battery door 1 is formed on the sliding direction tip side.
