PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan, a motor, and their bearing structure. SOLUTION: The bearing structure used for a rotating shaft 24 includes an oil-retaining bearing 231 used for fitting the rotating shaft 24, a base 232 used for supporting the oil-retaining bearing 231, and a sleeve 233 including at least one block portion and an annular side wall. The annular side wall covers the outside of the oil-retaining bearing 231.
