PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel for displaying a clear image without deteriorating whiteness and blackness. SOLUTION: This information display panel of a dot matrix type display system is configured to seal at least one color of display medium comprising an electromagnetically drivable particle into a space with cells separated each other by a partition wall between substrates, and rewrite information display such as an image, by applying an electromagnetic field from a paired electrodes formed of the electrodes provided in both substrate sides, to move the display medium. In the information display panel, one display unit is constituted of one or a plurality of adjacent cells, the central protruded member having a color different from the color of the display medium on at least an upper face is provided in the backface side substrate of each cell, and the space for the display medium is formed between the upper face of the central protruded member and the display side transparent substrate, and between the central protruded member and the partition wall.
