<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a divided wavelength plate filter, having excellent pattern accuracy, uniform thickness, in-plane uniformity and accuracy with respect to a pixel part of a three-dimensional image display device, and having high reproducibility and mass-productivity. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a divided wavelength plate filter includes: a process of forming a material layer 12 serving as a divided wavelength plate 208 using photo polymerization monomer; and a process of exposing the photo polymerization monomer layer 12 to a predetermined division pattern with polarized light. According to the invention, the divided wavelength plate 208 having uniform thickness, in-plane uniformity and reproducibility can be manufactured easily by the method having good accuracy and mass productivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
