PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake sound control device for an internal combustion engine capable of introducing intake sound of the internal combustion engine into the inside of a cabin and stabilizing sound pressure level and sound quality. SOLUTION: An elastic oscillation member 13 is interposed in a nipped state between a branch pipe 11 branched from an air suction pipe 4 and a communication pipe 12 fitted in to the branch pipe, and the external periphery of the member 13 is hooked with a plurality of hooking claws 19.
