PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin storage management device suitable for the refilling management of change coins to a change dispenser and the storage management of coins overflowing from the change dispenser when it is used integrally with the change dispenser by automatically judging whether or not there is any stored change reserve fund whose money bar length is insufficient. SOLUTION: A coil spring 9 is arranged at a lever sensor 81 side of a coin pocket 30, and the laminate direction end face of a money bar coin A4 is pressed to a direction opposite to the coin pocket 30. The laminate direction end face of the money bar coin A4 is stored on a coin pocket 30 at a position separated from a lever 80 for detection, and any detection signal is not output from the lever sensor 81.
