<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin antenna equipment to be used for wireless communication and an information terminal device equipped with the antenna equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna equipment includes an antenna substrate 30 and a multilayer substrate 36. The antenna substrate 30 includes an antenna element 32 consisting of a conductor pattern formed on a predetermined principal plane of an insulating portion 31 and a ground portion 34 which is electrically connected to the antenna element 32 and is formed on the principal plane of the insulating portion 31. The multilayer substrate 36 has an opening on one principal plane side to expose a wiring pattern formed in an inner layer, a plurality of through holes so formed as to penetrate the inner layer from one principal plane so that their one ends are electrically connected to the ground portion 34 and so formed as to surround the opening, and a ground layer 38 electrically connecting a plurality of other ends of the through holes and formed at such a position as to interpose the wiring pattern with the opening. The antenna substrate 30 and the multilayer substrate 36 are electrically joined together at the ground portion 34 and at the plurality of other ends of the through holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
