PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for controlling the reception of a call and a mail from a calling party in response to the request of a receiving party. SOLUTION: When a calling terminal transmits a communication call to a receiving terminal while the receiving terminal is roaming out and is connected to a foreign network and also a call controller receives a notification concerning the communication call from the calling terminal to the receiving terminal, a subscriber profile holding device takes out the time information of the calling terminal, receivable time information, and processing information by referring to a subscriber profile database, and then, transmits a direction to the call controller to perform processing designated by the processing information, based on the time information and the receivable time information. The call controller transmits guidance as processing designated by the processing information, in response to the direction from the subscriber profile holding device. Then, when the communication call from the calling terminal to the receiving terminal is not transferred to the receiving terminal, the call controller notifies the receiving terminal of an incoming call at the receivable time concerning the communication from the calling terminal.
