PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for back-flashing a filter without weakening pressure pulses of a flashed air flow, facilitating taking-out of filtered material, and ensuring the reliability of the operation of the filter. SOLUTION: A plurality of valves 2 operating a little and quickly are opened for a short time for generating the pressure pulses.
