A detecting device of special shot object and a learning device and a method thereof are disclosed. The detecting device of special shot object includes: an input unit for inputting the image to be detected; one or more strong classifier(s) unit(s) for carrying on the strong classifying to the image; each strong classifier unit includes one or more weak classifier(s) unit(s); the weak classifier carries on the weak classifying to the image using the weak classifying template; a storage unit for storing the weak classify template used by the weak classifier unit; a judging unit for judging whether the image includes the special shot object according to the classifying result of the strong classifier unit. The device also includes: an increment sample input unit for inputting the data of increment learning, that's to say for inputting the increment learning sample. The sample is the data the detecting device of the special shot object or other ones failed detecting or wrongly reporting. A learning unit for updating the weak classify template stored in the storage unit according to the increment learning sample inputted by the increment sample input unit.
