A diagnostic kit for congenital adrenal hyperplasias (CAH) is provided to allow all the mutant genes capable of showing CAH to be detected simply and exactly. A diagnostic kit for CAH comprises a primer for allele specific primer extension (ASPE) having a base sequence represented by the sequence numbers 1 to 28; a primer for the first amplification of CYP21 having a base sequence represented by the sequence numbers 41 and 42; a primer for the second amplification of CYP21 having a base sequence represented by the sequence numbers 29 to 40; a primer for the testing the defect of CYP21 gene having a base sequence represented by the sequence numbers 42 to 44; a flexmap bead where an anti-tag base sequence is labeled, having a base sequence represented by the sequence numbers 45 to 72; a biotin-labeled dNTP; and a phosphor-labeled streptavidin capable of detecting biotin.
