<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor having simple configuration and having a display which prevents an image from being read out in a specified oblique direction, and to provide a display limit method for a display thereof. <P>SOLUTION: When a wide field button 214 of the information processor is pushed, wide field data 264 is supplied to an LCD controller 242 and a high potential is applied to a pair of alignment layers interposing a liquid crystal layer to use the entire display screen as a display object of an image. When a narrow field button 215 is pushed, a lower potential is applied to the alignment layers according to narrow field data 265 to use a part of the display as a display object and to render the display itself invisible in a specified direction.
