PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine highly accurately and in a short time the optimal phase positions to reduce the force variation. SOLUTION: By adjusting the phase positions of three or more selective phase elements selected from a plurality of the phase elements consisting of the phases of the joint parts of tire constituting members and the phases of when a green tire is fitted to a vulcanizing mold, FV is adjusted. The method comprises the step of forming m kinds of trial product tires in which the phase positions of the selective phase elements are made different and obtaining the FV waveform matrix F which uses the FV waveform data as the column elements, the step of obtaining the phase arrangement matrix A which makes the phase positions of the selective phase elements of every kind of the trial production tires the row elements, and the step of obtaining the inverse matrix A<SP>-1</SP>of the phase arrangement matrix A and obtaining from the following equation (1), T=A<SP>-1</SP>×F (1), the FV waveform matrix T of every element of the selective phase elements, and the step of predicting the FV of the product tire using the FV waveform matrix T of every element.
