<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal quality measuring device for an agricultural product capable of keeping always excellent measuring accuracy, and reducing manufacturing cost and running cost. <P>SOLUTION: This internal quality measuring device for the agricultural product capable of measuring an internal quality of the agricultural product N based on analysis of detection light by a spectroscopic analysis means 5 includes a floodlighting means 1, a first light guide means 2 for guiding the detection light irradiated from the floodlighting means 1 and transmitted through the agricultural product N, a second light guide means 3 for guiding light irradiated from the floodlighting means 1 as reference light, a selection means 4 for transmitting or shielding optionally and selectively the detection light guided by the first light guide means 2 or the reference light guided by the second light guide means 3, and the spectroscopic analysis means 5 for analyzing the detection light transmitted by the selection means 4 or calibrating the detection light by the reference light.
