PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and anti-slip agent excellent in cleaning and anti-slip ability for various tiles, workable safely and in a short time, and vacuuming and recovering powdery cleaner after cleaning treatment by a vacuum cleaner or the like with no need of neutralization treatment after cleaning work or of disposing of cleaner by merely washing it off with water. SOLUTION: The cleaning and anti-slip agent for tiles comprises 5-20 wt.% ammonium hydrogen fluoride, 10-80 wt.% neutral ammonium fluoride, 8-25 wt.% citric acid, 3-8 wt.% alcohol, 4-10 wt.% phytopowder, and the rest of water.
