Disclosed is a fine core particle which has a coating layer with a uniform thickness and enables to produce a small granule which does not exhibit a gritty touch in the oral cavity when applied to a fine particle or an orally disintegrating tablet in a high yield. The core particle contains crystalline cellulose in an amount of 50 mass% or more, and has an average particle diameter of less than 100 µm, a relative flow index of 7.0 to 30.0, a specific surface area of less than 0.15 m2/g and a tapped bulk density of 0.80 g/mL or more.
