The blade (10) has a rotatable, disk-shaped or hollow-disk-shaped base body (14) with a circulating cutting edge (20). A retaining structure (16) is provided for fastening the blade to a grip (12). The cutting edge is designed in such a manner that a non-linear cutting pattern is produced in a tissue when guiding the blade in a straight-line over the tissue. The cutting edge runs in a zig-zag-shape, wave-shape and/or Z-shape. The retaining structure exhibits a perforation through which the blade is fastened with a pin-shaped retaining element at the grip.
