<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management about a use situation of a coupon ticket to reduce a procedure burden when using the coupon ticket. <P>SOLUTION: This coupon management system 10 has: a coupon management server 11 managing the use situation of a coupon; and a business terminal 12 allowing connection to the coupon management server 11 via a communication network such as the Internet 13. The coupon management server 11 has a coupon information processing part 18 deciding effectiveness of the coupon ticket by collating coupon information with contents of respective databases 14-16. In particular, the coupon information processing part 18 has: a decision processing part 18a deciding whether the presented coupon ticket itself is usable or not, or whether a facility user satisfies a use condition of the coupon ticket or not; and a discount calculation part 18b calculating a discount by the coupon ticket when satisfying the coupon use condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
